Não recebi o produto. Falaram que enviariam na próxima semana e não enviaram.

Não posso avaliar um produto que não recebi, fiz a encomenda de copos + 2 pacotes de colheres. Ligaram avisando que não tinham a colher que encomendei, tinham outra mais cara ou mandariam a que eu encomendei na próxima semana. Pois não enviaram nada.

O produto em si é muito bom, o ruim é o comprometimento da empresa para com o cliente. Compramos 6 caixas, primeiramente veio 1 pacotinho e depois veio mais 1 caixa e até agora ninguém se quer me deu um parecer e nada do restante do produto. Reitero que o produto é de ótima qualidade, mas precisam mesmo é ter comprometimento com o cliente de ofertar aquilo que tem em estoque.
